Do you accept returns in-store?
We accept (unused/ tags in place) items with a receipt within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of jewelry, accessories, beauty and skincare products, perfume, sale/ clearance items or vintage items.
 
Can I buy online and return it in-store?
We can accept (unused/ tags in place) items that were purchased online inside The Gathered Home store location. You must bring your packing slip into the store along with your item to return within 10 days of delivery. 
 
What is your online purchase return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. Items in new condition (unused / tags in place) can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Jewelry, accessories, beauty and skincare products, perfume, sale/clearance items or vintage items are final sale. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, please contact us at thegatheredhomeco@gmail.com and we'll make things right.
 
To return an item please follow the steps below:
  1. Include a copy of the packing slip and/or confirmation email from your order.
  2. Mail your return to:

*Once your return is received, the items will be inspected and processed. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
